B4bet Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

1Definitions & Interpretations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings as defined below:

• "b4bet" refers to the online entertainment platform operating at b4bet.click, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and related services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at b4bet.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member on the b4bet platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the amount of funds available in a Member's account for placing bets or making in-game purchases.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, rewards, or incentives granted by b4bet to Members as part of any promotion.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total aggregate wagering amount a Member must fulfil before any bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Malaysian Ringgit (RM)" is the official currency used for all transactions on b4bet.
• "Services" refers to all products, games, bets, promotions, and features available on the b4bet platform.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use b4bet's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Is legally competent to enter into a valid and binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list for gambling activities.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
• Has never had a b4bet account suspended or closed due to a prior terms violation.

B4bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your national ID (MyKad), utility bill, or bank statement as proof of age and address. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) b4bet account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your account information is accurate, up to date, and complete at all times.
• Keep your username and password confidential – never share them with anyone.
• Notify b4bet immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by someone else due to your negligence.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

B4bet supports the following deposit methods, all of which are recognised Malaysian payment services:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – processed instantly
• GrabPay – processed instantly
• Boost – processed instantly
• ShopeePay – processed instantly
• DuitNow – processed within 1–5 minutes
• FPX – Maybank2u – processed within 1–5 minutes
• FPX – CIMB Clicks – processed within 1–5 minutes

Minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods. No default maximum daily deposit limit is set; however, members may set personal limits through their account settings for responsible gaming purposes.

B4bet is not liable for any delays or failed deposits resulting from third-party service disruptions (banks, e-wallet providers) beyond our control.

5Withdrawals

Members may withdraw funds from their b4bet account subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• All rollover requirements for any active bonus must be fulfilled first.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and must be under the same name as the b4bet account.
• Withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes of the application being approved.

B4bet reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending a security review if suspicious activity is detected on the account. Such reviews typically do not exceed 24 business hours.

6Bonus & Promotions

B4bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective promotional offer. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus (100% up to RM500) – for new members only, 10x rollover, valid for 30 days.
• Monday Reload Bonus (50% up to RM200) – 12x rollover, must be completed within 7 days.
• Weekly Cashback (2%–12%) – credited every Monday, with no rollover requirement.
• Daily Slots Cashback (5%) – 3x rollover, must be completed within 24 hours.

B4bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon announcement on the platform.

7Game Rules

All games at b4bet – including slots, live baccarat, Blackjack, table games, football betting, e-sports, and lottery – are governed by their own specific rules, available in the help section or game description of each game.

• All slot game and table game results are final once a round is completed. No appeals will be entertained for standard game outcomes.
• Sports betting and e-sports are subject to specific rules for each bet type, including the settlement of cancelled or suspended matches.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, b4bet will refund the bet amount to the Member's account and the game round will be voided.
• B4bet uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all digital games to ensure the fairness and randomness of every outcome.

All confirmed bets are final. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your bet amount and details carefully before confirming.

8Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the b4bet platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all remaining balances:

• Registering or using an account under a name other than your own.
• Owning or operating more than one b4bet account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised technology to access or play on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery, or manipulation of the gaming system.
• Transferring funds between b4bet accounts without authorisation (except through the official referral programme).
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits.
• Colluding with other members to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.
• Filing a chargeback through a bank or e-wallet provider after having benefited from that deposit.

9Account Closure & Suspension

B4bet reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account at any time, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to pass the identity verification (KYC) check.
• At the request of regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• At the Member's own request (voluntary closure).

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms & Conditions, b4bet reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending winnings. If closure occurs for other reasons (e.g., at the Member's request or due to verification requirements), balances will be returned upon completion of the review process.

10Liability Limit

B4bet provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law:

• B4bet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• B4bet's maximum liability to any Member for any claim shall not exceed the Member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
• B4bet does not guarantee that the services will always be available, error-free, or suited to any particular Member's needs.
• B4bet is not liable for any loss of internet access, device disruptions, or technical issues on the Member's end that result in interrupted gameplay.

11Privacy & Data Protection

B4bet collects and processes Members' personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy page. By registering with b4bet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, b4bet uses your personal data to:

• Verifying your identity and eligibility as a Member.
• Processing deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• To communicate with you regarding your account, promotions, and service updates.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Improving service quality and user experience.

13Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement. b4bet's decision on any matter relating to gameplay or technical issues is final, unless a clearly demonstrable technical error exists.

14Amendment of Terms

B4bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the b4bet.click platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms. The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these terms were last revised.

Your continued use of the b4bet platform following any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the b4bet platform and may request account closure.
